I'm not a designer – and I don't pretend to be. What I do is help architects and designers bring their ideas to life, transforming sketches and concepts into technical drawings and visualizations.

About me

I've been in construction since I was fifteen, learning the craft from my father – a well-known floor contractor in North Bohemia. I worked my way up from the very bottom, handling everything from excavation to managing full construction projects as a foreman.

Over the time, I shifted into interior design, specializing in bathrooms and wellness spaces. My role was bringing client visions to life – from initial sketches and material selection to technical drawings and on-site coordination.

I've also worked on larger projects as a technical representative for investors during commercial construction.

This background lets me connect hands-on craft experience with technical precision and design sensibility. Every model, drawing, or visualization I create is grounded in real-world buildability – not just what looks good on screen, but what actually works in practice.

Drawing digitization

Do you have only old drawings or sketches? No problem. I'll redraw them in SketchUp or convert them to CAD format – depending on what your project requires. You’ll receive editable files that you can start using right away.

Sunlight Simulation

Ever wonder where the sun's going to hit at 3pm on a Tuesday in December? I can show you exactly that. I'll place your object onto precise GPS coordinates and simulate the sunlight for whatever date and time you need. You'll see exactly which spots get blasted with sun and which stay nice and shady – this feature is super useful when you're figuring out where to put the couch, plan a deck, or position a sunroom.

3D Model Prep in SketchUp

Need a clean 3D model of a house, an apartment, or an interior as your starting point? I'll model the complete space for you, ready to go from day one. All you need to do is select the colors, materials, furniture, and any other finishing touches – you can focus on the creative side while the technical foundation is already sorted.

Interior & Exterior Visualizations

Need to show what the space will actually look like? I'll create a photorealistic visualizations that nail the atmosphere, lighting, and materials. Whether it's a room interior or a full building view, you'll receive a complete visual that can be presented to the client or used to visualize the space yourself – all before a single brick gets laid.

Virtual Tours

Want to your client experience the space before it even exists? I'll create an interactive virtual tour through which you can check out the project from every angle and get a real feel for the space, proportions, and overall vibe of the room.
